INSURANCE & BILLING PROCEDURE
We accept most traditional insurance. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.
We are happy to file for reimbursement with your insurance company, provided that you are free to choose your own dentist under your plan.
Fair Lakes Family and Cosmetic Dentistry does not participate in Health Management Organizations (HMOs); however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you.
PAYMENT
We accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as CareCredit, which offers flexible payment terms, including No Interest financing and low minimum monthly payments.
